I don’t know the specific gates, but it will be easy enough to ask the circuit staff beforehand. Also there will be fans starting to gather at the gates as the race nears the end, so it should be obvious

Yes it is valid, you can bring a cooler with drinks and food, but no alcohol or glass items. Cooler bag dimensions as follows:
