It’s a quick 15 minute trip on the MRT, or you can walk in less than 30 minutes. Check on Google Maps, put Padang as the destination.

There are two Intercontinental hotels in Singapore, but both are within walking distance of the track. Not sure where you will be sitting, though. I’d say either way this is a trusted international hotel brand, so it should be a safe choice

Would you recommend the Intercontinental. It seems a reasonable price and good location.

MRT is extremely comvenient, so ricommend you to stay a bit out from Maria area, it is originally most expensive in hotel fee.

If you have no worry in budget, go ahead with Pan Pacific. Marina Mandarin, Ritz Carlton etc., they offer you circuit view from room, with 3 or 4 night exclusive packages.

I would say the quality of food in the cirquit is a bit poor even Sinfapore is well reputated in cuisines…
If you are in Zone 4, recommend you to get out from the gate to go Boat Quay, 5 to 10min walk to reach restaurants, and some more walk, you can reach Lau Pa Sat, big foodcoat.
From Zone 1, a bit difficult but you may be able to find better ones at the foot of Singapore Flyer.

Of course, before/after the race, please do enjoy various beautiful cuisines in the food heaven!

Good question! I think you will have a great time however you plan your dates, but I’d lean towards coming a bit earlier and soaking up some of the “race week” atmosphere in the city. There’s often specific F1 related events leading up to the race. And of course all the teams etc will leave straight after the race.

I’ve already listed the hotels in the article that are closest to the track. But to be clear, the following are REALLY CLOSE to the pits and paddock, so these are where most of the teams stay: Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Pan Pacific, Mandarin Oriental.
