Sorry Mike, but the Malaysia Grand Prix is not going to happen this year. It will not be returning to the F1 calendar for the near future. You’ll have to go to Singapore instead!

there’s a fine print on my e-ticket which says “e-ticket may be exchanged to official ticket at RM20 each @customer service centre”

Hi

A friend and I are heading there this weekend and wondered if there are regularly tickets available at the gate, they seem sold out online?

Yes Fritz, you should be able to buy on the day. You can also purchase online via the Sepang circuit website and choose the ‘print at home’ option.

You land at 14:05 and the race begins at 15:00, so not much time, especially if you need to wait for baggage etc. Anyway, you should be able to buy a hillstand ticket at the gate on the date. Good luck making it on time!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to buy tickets online. Can we just buy on-site tickets on the race day? Thanks

We are landing at 14:05 (01-10)at the airport, i was wondering if we can buy a ticket (hillstand) at the door? I don’t wanna buy tickets in advance cause there is always a chance of a delay and in that case we don’t go to the race.

Kind egards,

Oliver The Netherlands

Don’t worry Jerome, the F1 website tickets are legit (they are too expensive, but that’s another issue!) I suggest sending an email to find out when you can print out your tickets.

No, I have never bought from official F1 website as the tickets are around 20% more expensive than from the circuit or other ticket sellers. I bought Malaysia GP tickets from the Sepang circuit with immediate E-ticket download option. Sorry I can’t help you, but I’m sure it will be fine!
