I’m not sure exactly, this could be the hospitality space on that set of corners that’s also called the “VIP Speed Lounge”. For sure, there’s hospitality and also some kind of viewing terrace, but I don’t know more and I haven’t seen this for sale this year.

Who did you buy from? I think a small number of buyers were affected by this problem with some ticket agencies (Gootickets, F1 Tickets). This is a very unfortunate situation, as the race has been sold out since basically the tickets went on sale. It will be very difficult to get reasonably priced tickets now; you will probably have to pay high prices on a resale platform. Sorry this happened to you. I’m sure the ticket company is sympathetic, but not offering you compensation or anything. If you know a good laywer, you could ask them to send a letter to the ticket company on your behalf explaining the situation and asking for compensation. I have no idea if you will have any success, but could be worth a try.

Which I hope is not the case since we booked flights/ hotels already. Its our first time going, does this happen often or what is the deal. It is ridiculous

Honestly, not sure. It depends if you will receive individual tickets for each day, which I’m not sure for Mexico. Otherwise, if it’s only one ticket for all 3 days then you can’t resell the Friday/Saturday part without risk

Is there a way to re-sell just the Friday/Saturday tickets? How does that work? Thanks!

Yes, basically everything sold out for Mexico in the space of a few days back in March. You will have to buy from a resale platform if you want to attend the race this year.

Sorry Vee, you really had to be quick to get the cheapest tickets in Mexico this year. If you cannot afford resale prices, I don’t know what to suggest.

How can I score two tickets? I cannot afford resale prices.
