Sorry but Spa is one of the hardest races to find reasonably priced accommodation. And most people will have secured their accommodation a long time ago. You are late and that is the biggest problem. I can only suggest that you will have to look further afield to the other cities listed in this post. Alternatively, you should consider camping at the circuit – we do recommend companies that offer pre-erected tents. One final piece of advice, but it is riskier – you can always try to find something last minute, as people do cancel and good options can become available at reasonable prices closer to race weekend.

We will be at least 3 but perhaps up to 6 people and we’d like to be in a town/city. We are looking mostly in Liège, perhaps Verniers. However the hotel/AirBnB prices are astronomical. Does anyone (Andrew?) have any recommendations on where to stay that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?

I recommend the new and covered Gold 3 on the outside of the track at the top of the Eau Rouge/Raidillon corners, excellent views. Learn more here

We are looking for 2025 or 2026 – planning in advance for pricing purposes. Thanks!

I don’t have specific experience camping at Spa (not since 2002 anyway!) but we recently started working with GPtents and they have a good location for Bronze tickets, also higher end so won’t be too rowdy. Take a look at their offer for Spa camping

First off, thanks for sharing all this wealth of information. You helped a lot when I went to the Turkish GP a couple years ago.
This year I’m thinking Spa since my partner and I bought a camper van and live in France. We’ll be with our dog though and I can’t imagine the partying at night with her in the camper or tent. Can you recommend any other campgrounds that are walking distance to the track and are best for bronze tickets?
