Which gate you enter will depend on how you get to the track. The closest gate to Parabolica 21c is Gate G (Mirabello). Check map. You have a reserved seat all day, so you don’t need to arrive early to keep your seat. Gates open at 7am, first race for Formula 3 starts at 08:35. But it’s up to you. Peak time for getting to track is probably 08:00-10:00, so come earlier or later to avoid the worst crowds on public transport and at the gates.

Do you know which gate you enter for the Parabolica Grandstand C and what time it is best to arrive on race day to access the stand?

Hello, you have two choices from Sesto San Giovanni, the easiest is probably the Z221 bus which goes from there and will get you close to the circuit, but can get crowded on the weekend and also stuck in traffic on local roads. Alternatively, you can take the train to Monza station, followed by the Black Shuttle bus.

Many thanks for this website and thread- really helpful and informative.

Just a couple of questions-

1. We are staying at Sesto San Giovanni – is the best way to get to the track a train from here to Monza?
2. As I understand it- from Monza station you need to get a shuttle bus from Monza station? We have tickets for Grandstand Parabolica 21c – do you know which shuttle bus would be best to get to this stand?

Many thanks,

Ian and Vicky

We just updated this page for 2024 and included the link to purchase parking. It’s in Italian only, but hopefully you can work it out.
As you have GA, I’d suggest entering the circuit at the Biassono entrance (near Lesmo), which has good GA areas, but it’s up to you. That would be one of the Green color-coded parking areas.

Namely, we are staying in Milan and we are coming with 2 mini vans (15 people with a GA ticket), so we would need help with parking.
What is the best way to reserve parking and which parking lot should we choose considering the distance from the entrance (for our sector)?
Thanks in advance, best regards.

Hi Ian, yes it is possible to walk from the Biassono train station (Lesmo entrance) inside the circuit through to the first chicane. It’s also a lovely walk through the park – probably 20-30 mins. The walk from the Black shuttle dropoff would be much longer, I think. 30-40 mins. An alternative which you didn’t mention is the Z221 bus from Sesto FS or Monza station, which drives through the town and can get you much closer to grandstand 8b (10 minute walk). The only issue with this option is that the bus can get delayed a lot at peak times by the local traffic.

I have a quick question please… I am staying in Milan and have tickets for Grandstand 8b at the first chicane, if I get a train from Milan to Lesmo is it possible to walk round the circuit via the 2nd chicane and Grande Curve to get to the 1st chicane? – If not, then I pressume the walk from the black shuttle bus line at Parabolica is quicker?
Many Thanks,
Ian

You have a couple of different options here. You can take the Black shuttle bus from Monza station, but you will still have around a 20 minute walk to your seats after this. You can also take the Z221 bus from Monza station, which gets you much closer to your grandstand (enter via Gate B) – see map here. However, the Z221 bus can get crowded, and I think it’s much better to take the metro to Sesto FS, then get the Z221 from there – where it starts and you will get a seat. Unfortunately, the Z221 bus can be delayed by traffic closer to the circuit.

We have tickets for the 2024 F1 at Monza. We’re staying in the centre of Milan close to central station and have 6B grandstand tickets for Friday to Sunday. We plan on getting the train to Monza but what would be the best method of transport from Monza train station to get closest to the entrance for 6B grandstand? Thanks.
