In reply to Anonymous. Hi, the race hasn't been officially cancelled yet, only postponed. As soon as there is an official decision about the cancellation, you should receive information from the ticket company about refunds.

In reply to Adam. Hi Adam, this is a hard question to answer given that it's the first race in Hanoi. I would also never recommend buying from touts as they may be selling fake tickets (this happens in China, for example).

In reply to Candice. As far as I'm aware, all tickets in Vietnam will include access to the concerts. But I haven't seen the artists or more information announced yet.

I can’t seem to find a ticket that includes the main concerts. It all says fanzone and entertainment areas but also says doesn’t include the main concert. Could you advise on which ticket includes the concerts please. Thanks.

Hi Scott!

I’ll be Vietnam during this race and would love to attend my first F1 race. Looking at ticket options there does not seem to be a Sunday only ticket. Is this normal or will they offer them at a later date? Like I said, my first F1 race so am unfamiliar.

Hi Scott, you should have access to the General admission viewing areas at the circuit with your grandstand seat. Best place to check these out is on Friday, when there are less spectators attending. As for Row 1, that normally means at the front – but I can’t confirm how they do the numbering in Vietnam. Normally this is not good as you will have the view obstructed by the catch fencing. Higher up in grandstands you can often see above the fencing. But I guess you will have to wait and find out. This is a brand new circuit so we don’t have all the info yet!

Hi,

I purchased tickets for Premium Grandstand at Turns 2-3-4. I’m very excited for my first F1 race! I’ve lived in VN for six years so I understand there will be a ton of issues but I’m going anyways! ha!

Two questions:

1) With these tickets do we have access to any other areas besides grandstand seats, fanzone, and trackside entertainment? We have the tickets for all three days so it would be great to walk around and get closer access and different point of views.

2) Our seats are in Row 1. Is that good or bad? Being close is good, but will we be “too close” or right up against a fence with restricted views?

Hi Steve

I went to Suzuka this year and was exasperated with how poorly located it was and the fact that prepaid tickets had to be collected from one location manned by two staff servicing thousands of people. The lack of basic amenity in GA was also deplorable, but I am still glad I made the effort. I can’t imagine Hanoi will be any worse yet Suzuka has been a F1 track for years. I will be going to Hanoi and have high hopes. A bit of positivity and optimism wouldn’t hurt.
