Hey Andrew,

I live in Old Montréal and would advise visitors to secure dinner reservations. You don’t want to be walking up and down St. Paul Street searching for a place to eat on Saturday night. Do a little research on Yelp or TripAdvisor and book before you get here.

Todd

I’d say it would be a good idea for the better restaurants, or those in popular locations near the street parties on Crescent Street and Peel Street.

Canada’s ETA website indicates that US citizens do not need an ETA. I tried to apply for one and was stopped after I selected my USA country code.

Does anyone have different information
